CASTING CALL FOR 3 RUNWAY SHOWS
LONDON FASHION WEEK SPRING/SUMMER 2011 Sept 17th-24th
Richard Austin Rees PR & Fashion Management will be casting for 3 Runway shows during London fashion week this coming Saturday 4th September in West End London in the form of a Industry party covered by WORLD FASHION NETWORK TV.

VENUE FOR CASTING
The casting will be taking place on Saturday 4th Sept at the exclusive West End night club AMIKA .
65 Kensington High Street, Kensington W8 5SE
CASTING PARTY
It has been decided to make this casting worthwhile for all, and to do it as a private invitation only casting party . (this will also coincide with my own Birthday celebrations)
The nightclub will be available exclusively to us from 7pm through till 11pm
With all successful applications being invited to the VIP room for networking , drinking music and dancing with fellow models designers make up artists hairstylists and backstage personel.
After 11pm when the results of the casting have been given and announced we can all continue to party well into the early hours as the club opens its doors when the VODKA & MIXERS WILL BE FREE AT MY TABLES
The night has been designed so that you can attend an important casting , but also network, drink,dance and have fun.
THE EVENT WILL BE COVERED BY WORLD FASHION TV NETWORK
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY.
All casting applicants (models, designers ) and all staff to register (make up, hair, backstage & Photographers ) MUST attend the casting party from 7pm till 11pm to be part of the events .
MODELS/ HOSTS
You must be available for dates as described above (including casting)
To be able to attend the casting & party.
The casting party requires you to arrive between 7pm and 7.30pm
You MUST be accepted and confirmed as coming
You must ALL email me your age, location, measurements (eg32b 24 31)
and 3 photos (1 headshot 2 fashion shots) as well as your full contact details.
You will receive a reply within 24 hours either declining your application
Or accepting your application.
If you receive an acceptance, it will provide you with full details of the forthcoming events and details of pay and benefits.
You will also receive a registration form.
The registration form requires to be printed out and filled in writing in BLOCK capitals. You will also be required to bring your registration form with you
As well as attaching 3 photos to leave behind. (1 headshot 2 fashion shots)
YOU MUST BRING REGISTRATION FORM WITH YOU.
On receipt of your acceptance and registration form you must reply by email and confirm your attendance .
On arrival to the casting you will hand in your registration form at the reception desk and you will given a badge with a number. The same number will be attached to your registration form.
During the evening girls will be called to the casting lounge to appear before the casting board.
You will be required to show your current Portfollio (YOU MUST BRING THIS )
You will also be required to walk the runway.
MAKE UP ARTISTS HAIRSTYLISTS BACKSTAGE & PHOTOGRAPHERS
You must be available for dates as described above (including casting)
To be able to attend the casting & party.
Your acceptance to the casting will be your confirmation of being involved.
Preference will be given to those who have worked with me throughout 2010
However new applications will also be considered. Especially with Photographers .
YOU WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND AS YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE YOUR CONFIRMATION.
Same process applies. Please email me with your full details and contact details and state that you will be available for both the 17th & the 24th .
You will either receive a phone call to discuss further or a email declining your services on this occasion, or an immediate acceptance by email with full details …
and your registration form which also requires to be filled out as instructed
And bought along with you to the casting.

DESIGNERS
We are still looking for designers to showcase their collections at both events either as a headline on the runway or as a floorshow/live photoshoot.
Please email me your contact details and links to your collection and I will reply in the same way . You will also be required to bring your look book etc
On acceptance I will also ask you to ring me .

PHOTOGRAPHERS
The casting will be a party with a large amount of models.
On acceptance of your application it would be nice for you to bring your cameras to take photos of the evenings events and create an atmosphere we are all used to. (this is not conditional)
